Concorde Crash

French Court decides blame

I have just read that a French Court has blamed Continental Airlines and a member of thier Engineering staff for Concorde crash

It seems unbelieveable that it has taken this long for the French to apportion blame for the French  Concorde disaster at CDG.  It looks like they are considering criminal charges. Mind you  I can't see the French would ever blame themselves, or accept some blame themselves. Continental as you may think are going to contest any Court Case.

We will have to wait and see what happens. If it does come to a Court Case that i suspect will be a few years hence.
